Common Windows Program --> Start - Run - type the following:
msconfig --> System Configuration Utility
regedit --> Registry Editor
taskmgr --> Windows Task Manager

Windows Hosts File
located here %systemroot%/system32/drivers/etc
Must use Notepad with admin rights on Windows Vista/7.
- Start button, type 'notepad', press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER. Yes to UAC dialog.
- Type CTRL+O. Browse to %systemroot%/system32/drivers/etc and open the host file
- Make your changes and save it.
